Hands-On Coaching is the third step on the Co-op path. It’s where the philosophy meets real dogs on real ground. We meet you where you are and help you gain the skills to become part of a Pack.

The Grinning Dog Workshop

Westhampton, MA. A fenced 15-acre facility, great for beginners. Up to 12 teams across two days, split into two working groups. Full-day sessions on scheduled weekends.

• $375/team regular, $325/team intro pricing (retires after the first full cycle).

Who this is for

Guardians learn how to participate in a Pack and, if it fits, how to facilitate one. Professionals learn how to coach the model — observing, practicing, debriefing alongside guardians in the same room. Everyone walks the same path; professionals pick up a second layer as they go.

Not local?

Distance is a logistical challenge, not a closed door. The Virtual DIY cohort ($875/group, 30 days of weekly check-ins plus async support) is open to both guardians and professionals — it’s the virtual path to Forrest School Aligned status.
